It is asking for a FULL install of .Net. (When did .Net become Open Source? Curious that..) I have 4.0.03.xxxx installed.. and all recent Microsoft patches/updates. Why not just provide a zip or exe file for download? Since no other way to download, I must give up. Thanks anyway.
